Employee Assistance Program

(TELUS Health, formerly LifeWorks)

You’re automatically enrolled in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It offers confidential, 24/7 support with mental, financial, physical, and emotional well-being by phone, web, or mobile app.

New 2025 EAP Wellbeing Calendar Coming in November 2024

Download the app for convenient access to well-being support:

  • Search for resources and tools on topics ranging from family and life to health, money and work
  • Stay connected to your organization through the News Feed
  • Receive support on your own schedule with CareNow
  • Access the Total Wellbeing Assessment to help identify your wellbeing strengths and opportunities for improvement

What’s more, the app acts like your digital wallet card. You can call an EAP advisor with just one tap — toll-free — for expert advice, resources and referrals.

Counseling Services1

We all need support to deal with challenges sometimes. Turn to the EAP to speak with a caring advisor for guidance and a referral to a counselor for 5 face-to-face, telephonic, or video sessions for short-term, solution focused counseling at no cost.

CareNow Counselor-Assisted is a digital service where users can access self-directed wellbeing content and reach out via messaging for counseling support, as needed.
